返金ポリシー

返品・交換・キャンセル等　

商品がお手元に届きましたら、ご注文通りの商品かすぐにご確認ください。

●ご注文の商品と違う場合、不良品等をお届けした場合は、以下の条件にて返品を受け付けております。
・商品到着より7日以内に返品理由を明記の上、以下の電子メール宛てにご連絡ください。
・商品が破損・汚損していた場合やご注文と異なる場合は、良品との交換、または返品を承ります。

●以下の場合は返品ができません。

・商品到着後8日以上経過した場合。
・お客様都合によるご注文のキャンセルや変更、お届けした商品の返品は承っておりません（思ってたものと違う、誤って注文してしまった等も含みます）。

● We pay close attention to the quality of the product, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from your order, please contact us within one week after delivery. We accept exchanges for non-defective products or returns.

● We do not accept cancellations or changes of orders due to customer's convenience, or returns of delivered products (including things that are different from what you expected, including accidental orders).
