配送ポリシー

弊社がお客様のご注文内容を確認してから1〜2営業日（土・日・祝日を除く）以内に発送いたします（例：ご注文日が木曜日の場合、商品発送は金曜日又は翌週の月曜日）。

●ご注文は正午に締め切ります。
●5,000円以上のご注文で配送料が無料になります。
●午前8時～午後9時までの間に配達いたします。
●お客様が『ご注文内容の確認 注文番号xxxxxx』メールを受け取られてから、3日以内（土・日・祝日が間に挟む場合は3日以上を要します）にご注文商品が届かない場合は、お名前とご注文番号を添えてcontact@mirabelle-drinks.comまでご連絡ください。ご注文商品の手配状況を確認いたします。

お急ぎの場合（ご注文から2日以内の配達、関東地方は翌日の配達）は、正午までにご注文・お支払いを完了し、ご注文の際にメッセージ欄に「急ぎの配達希望」とご記入ください。

Refund Policy

● When you receive the item, please check immediately if it is the item you ordered.
● We pay close attention to the quality of the product, but if the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from your order, please contact us within one week after delivery.
We accept exchanges for non-defective products or returns.
● We do not accept cancellations or changes of orders due to customer's convenience, or returns of delivered products (including things that are different from what you expected, including accidental orders).

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Free local delivery is available for orders over ¥5,000.
Deliveries are made from 9am till 9pm.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@mirabelle-drinks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the case you would like urgent delivery (within 2 days from order or even the next day for Kanto region), please complete your order before noon and write "Urgent Delivery Please" in the message space when you place your order. Feel free to contact us anytime at contact@mirabelle-drinks.com
