Refund policy

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, etc.

When you receive the product, please check immediately if the product is what you ordered.

●If the product is different from what you ordered, or if you received a defective product, we will accept returns under the following conditions.
・Please contact us by e-mail below within 7 days of receiving the product, clearly stating the reason for the return.
・If the product is damaged or soiled, or if it is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for a non-defective product or return it.

●Returns cannot be made in the following cases.

・When 8 days or more have passed since the product arrived.
・We do not accept cancellations or changes to orders due to customer convenience, or returns of delivered products (including cases where the product is different from what was expected or was ordered by mistake).
